the ball which made sachin clean bowled, was unplayable (the moment, the playable ball hit sachin's stumps, it become unplayable for all religious bhaktas).so he cant b blamed for his age, etc. its so sweeeet of watchimng him play n gets bowled out.

Time to surrender

High time for Sachin to make way for budding Cricket stars. It is selfish on his part if he continues as part of the Indian Cricket squad. His contribution is presntly below average and does not reflect any zeal and fire to win.For a competetive cricket he should say good bye.

Fully Agree. It is painful to see Sachin getting bold out on in swingers quite frequently. He must call it a day

Indias greats
by Prem Sethi on Sep 01, 2012 10:06 PM  | Hide replies

In this test two greats Gautam Gambhir and Sachin Tendulkar failed miserably. Particularly distressing was to witness the way Tendulkar was bowled. It is time he retired from all forms of cricket and made way for youngsters waiting at the sidelines only because of Sachin's past achievements. Sachin should also realise that his presence is no lnger a guarantee of India winning. He will also be only spoiling his record further .A player has to be selected to play for the country to win and not as long as he is enjoying to play cricket

Its hightime and sachin must accept to retire or one fine day he will be forced to retire...There must be a fixed tenure for any player.. There are more young talents, who are denied position in team india due to senior players...

"realise that his presence is no longer a guarantee of India winning."
I do not think neither he nor any one in the history of cricket has been a guarantee of winning since cricket is a team game and nobody in any other game has held such guarantees. But again if every one playing cricket or any other game starts thinking that since he is failed once, he should quit - it would have been a different world. Cricket is a game wherein particularly batsmen, there are several factors - form, luck, sometimes just the day that contributes to their success. Sachin has bounced back from several such bad forms/luck. He can definitely come back in the next game/innings possibly with a century in flying colors. Let us not expect him to hit a century in every game. We do not expect from other batsmen - why do we do that from him. Let us treat him as another batsman - not a player whose presence is guaranteed to win the game from us (that is a myth).
