It is a known fact that Chennai gets rains during this time. However, most of the one day matches or tests are scheduled for Chennai during this part of the year. When they plan matches on rotational basis for the test centres, they should consider the weather situation also.
Almost all games were won on the first innings lead as the matches got washed off because of rains. BCCI should rethink the timetable and rules of the trophies which are played over three or more days.
