With this background let us get into specifics and try out various options for the three version :1.T20: it is felt there is only one best option:Virat Kohli,Captain minus seniors like Dhoni,Sehwag,Gambhir,Zaheer, Bhajji and Rohit Sharma..2.50 Overs : Againg considering that Dhoni is still best 50 overs player, there is just one best option: Dhoni continuing as captain minus Sehwag -Gambhir opening with new set of openers and more or less same remaining players as per selection.3.TEST side:Toughest exercise and needs rebuilding over a period of time trying out a mix of existing and new comers. Main problem ? Captain who ? Because Dhoni doesn’t seem to be making it to the playing XI even. However still two choices available, In case there are divided opinion among selectors: first option w/o Dhoni and 2nd option with Dhoni.. thus the two options can be: a) Gambhir as Captain minus Dhoni and continue Sehwag plus mix of the same middle order with Kohli,Pujara …….. b)Dhoni captain and no Sehwag—Gambir opening pair but new set of openers and middle order with Kohli,Pujara …….. whatever is the selection.
Time has come now for the new selection committee not just to take some hard decisions but also to recast completely the Indian cricket. The context of course will be the three form cricket and the preponderance of IPL in Indian cricket.So it will call for certain flexibility as also the need for preserving players for longer versions..It becomes important that the 'core' of the TEST side gets some protection from excess of the shorter version, especially the T20 version. Same way people with lack of aptitude for TEST sides should be confined to shorter versions. Then the choice of captain is also going to be a tricky exercise and would need some special application of mind and consideration keeping in mind senior players’ form,fitness,ego clashes,IPR etc.three questions :Q1.Should Sachin retire from all form of cricket ?Q.2. Should Dhoni drop out of T20 & TESTs and play only 50 overs ? 3.Q.3.Can Dhoni and Sehwag-Gambhir opening continue ? While T20 and 50 Overs exercise is relatively easy but TEST side rebuilding is going to be the real challenge. It is felt that for T20 and 50 over sides we still have clear cut best options but in respect of TEST side some brain storming is required and couple of options could be thought of depending upon what the BCCI and the selectors think about Dhoni’s utility and role etc.

keep dhoni as the wicketkeeper batsman in all 3 formats and see the magic performance from him. don't keep him the captain. dhoni is still better than diensh kartik / parthiv patel / naman oza / saha / ambati raidu as a keeper batsman. not as a captain.
make virat kohli the captain in all formats as he is the only player who deserves a place in playing eleven of all 3 formats on current form. bring yuvraj in all 3 formats and make him virat's deputy. neither sehwag, gambhir, dhoni deserve to be captain on their current form of last 2 years.

govt school woman muslism teacher in kerala mallapuram is suspended for not waering green over coat...she approached kerala human rights commision for justcie..media silent on this ...waste media barks heaven and earth on silly matters..and tries to burry the actual crimes...
cant understand how govt school has put rule to all students and teachers to wear only green color coats..not even white is allowed...
had it been in bjp ruled state lot of gaga by women rights and humar rights..NGO actists...bls bla bla..
