Getting success is easy but maintaining it is a real pressure. Experts were jumping to make Gambhir captain of India. They don't know how difficult job is to lead team India.

but it's hi-time tht dhoni should replaced as he's getting complacent, committed many erroneous decisions in the recent past with a stubborn attitude!

Indian test team is in transition phase. Wait until team settles again. Dhoni is best man to build a new test team.

a captain shld be automatic choice in playing XI, which dhoni is not. i've never seen dhoni to be comfortable in tsts.

all times is too early to say, but currently as good as saeed Ajmal of pakistan. they r the best in the business!
