The lymph system gets cancer stricken as it ferries lymph from one of the body to another Thus any cancerous cell in any part of the body will ALLWYAYS pass through the lymph system.
The cancer does not originate in the Lymph system(normally) but outside it !!!!

Take it easy . It is a cancer of B lymphocytes which originate in the bone narrow. However B cells undergo a series of transformations in the lymph node. Missteps during these stages basically results in cancer . So it is a cancer of the lymph nodes basically which can metastasize to the bone marrow.
