pujara is no doubt a good test batman with solid temperament. at the same time, he also looks good odi batsman. player like pujara n manoj tiwari needs to b looked at for odi slot giving rest to other famed failures of dhoni brigade.

Samit Patel plays for England. Utthappa might be a better choice.
Indian Team at this stage is in need of a New Bunch of Cricketers.Bcoz of excessive cricket with IPL,CL,Continuous Test assignments coming up,Our old Stalwarts like Sachin,Veeru,Ghambhir are not much reflexive as they were once may be 3 or 4 yrs before.Better time to bring new talents that Indian team will move to South Africa only in Dec 2013, a year from now. Bring in Rahane for Veeru,Robin Bist for Middle Order ,Yuvraj [if he is capable of scoring centuries further],Badrinath to Indian Test Team along with guys like Ishant,Vinay [ Atleast he tries something new whenever he tries to bowl] apart from Ashwin we need some Bowlers on looking at his Work load [ no Harbhajan please,since teams know him much better and unless he tries to invent some new type of Bowling like what kumble did for Googly].Ask Our Fast Bowlers to train themselves at MRF under McGrath now. Many new Bowlers have come out from MRF in the past.Bring Harmeet into the spin department and have a try in test cricket. Since Aussies dont have his videos much.
Let them Perform,instead making blah,blaha i Media.We have a long history of the Numbber 3 Batsman except Rahul Dravid and Mohinder Amarnath to an extent.
Even Rahul Dravid was faliure in ODIs at No.3 at Intial Years.

initially in odi only. but not in tests coz he made his famous debut in eng with 90 odd runs in two consecutive tests.
Good positive Attitude, a quality must in a Number 3 Batsman. Still a long way to go to prove himself but Indian team sure has a Technically sound & a quality Number 3 Batsman.
