Dont Blame players
by shiva kumaar on Oct 16, 2012 01:24 PM  | Hide replies

Hi to every body,
First of all dont blame players when they are out of form.
after all they are human beings,in all professional there will be failiure,so we have to accept that.
second every body telling players should give top periority to country not for money, iam asking all working people why they are chnaging thier job because of money only and hike in position.
only england plyers like staurss ,swan and australian michale clarke will tell country is top periorty because we ll know past in ipl auction no body want buy them, its gelous only.that some england players gelous about KP in IPL Cost them world t20 champion ship.
players have to see thier future also.they have to earn money for thier family.
govt working people let them see country is important and let them reduce thier slary and dont ask increment.
then we cna tell players they sacrificed lot soem players cant able to go for colleage becuase of playing.after 35 what they will do.
in today rediff news clarke pleased with watson return form clt20,its all gelous and selfish because he is captain he wnat watson other wise they will lose,
so dont blame players

How come all these players get back their form when they play in Indian pitches! ? Thats b'coz most of the present Indian players are not competent enough to play cricket and hence they falter on hard/bouncy/seaming pitches. Make no mistake - with the kind of spinners that we have nowadays, any country play our spinners better than they used to till few years back! Then why is it that our batsmen cannot play against quality pace? Thats because they dont have the competency level, talent and technique. Even if ur not as gifted as a Sachin, u can develop ur skill and technique thru sheer hard work. Thats missing with our present players - and the reason is the lure of money..!They do not want to make cricket their profession and hence they dont last long unlike Sachin,Rahul, Anil, Laxman. I wont be surprised if any of our current Indian players fail to cross 100 Test match - MSD included.

KKR in CL T20
by viraf Chinoy on Oct 16, 2012 01:18 PM

ANy of our teams are paper tigers only at home on dead / patta pitches. ON SA pitches it is all over for us as can be seen from the matches played by KKR, CSK & MI. Serious thinking required if we should send teams abroad for CL T20 or not? AT home okay no probs. It about time that both SRK (for KKR) & SRT (for MI) wind up their shows & lie low in India. -- Viraf P Chinoy

Look who is talking..! Gambhir talks of smart cricket..!!! For that to happen he has to sit out first - as a leader he has to be honest enough to accept that he is NOT performing and hence he needs to keep himself out. He has been wasting an important position top of the order - T20 cricket is all about batters firing at the top and Gambhir is an utter failure. He must take some learning from Sangakaraa when he sat out of a couple of match in IPL this year.

Indian players
by thomas mathew on Oct 16, 2012 11:21 AM  | Hide replies

Indian players generally are a flop show in the Chamions League, an extension of their World Cup performance playing like tests or at the most 1 day matches scoring around 6 an over and Captaincy problems continue with Dhoni and infested onto Gambhir with total unimaginative way of leading the team be in batting or as a leader . I think the Indian players should be taken back and not allowed to play any form of international cricket for an year and during the time let them decide whether they want to play for the country or just for money and those who opt for the former only should be allowed to play with non performance eliciting heavy penalties . Enough of nonsense by these hyper glorified personalities making fools of the spectators and the public who pay for them.

what is wrong in supporting our players when losers like gavaskar shastri manjrekar are supporting rohit sharma for almost 5 years despite his repeated failures. whereas badri and murali vijay have hardly got any chances

I wrote factually and the editor has no business to delete it.

I said Badrinath is yet to decode T20 format. He was one key reason for CSK's failure against Sydney sixers, though others like Vijay, Hussey and Dhoni are equally responsible.
