Yes, thats the best option for Team India. Sachin taking over as non-playing captain and giving instructions from dressing room/boundary line ropes.. Dhoni can concentrate on his batting and keeping.

and probably a sure shot guy in the teAm , aggressive style of bowlign and field setting , 26 yrs of age , ashwin could probably lead the side in T 20 format . if Sachin could play under dhoni, then the seniors can play under him . yes , Kohli should continue to enjoy his batting and scale greater heights. Why ashwin?; because of the traits above and also the fact that no other player today can confidently come up as a sure shot in the team.
I second your thought Mr. Akram. Good playing form does not warrant a person from becoming a Captain. It is altogether a different issue and yes, Dhoni can be relieved of captaincy in any one format.

I totally agree wit hyou Mr Akram. Let us allow kohli to play his natural game and not be burdened with team responsibility at the moment. We did that with sac..n only to discover his complete lack of leadership qualities.In the process he lost many admirers.
Need not rush him in to captaincy, but selectors should show the guts to relieve Dhoni when the time comes for him to go.Selectors should decide when a captain or a player should go.It should not be left to the captain/player to decide when he should go.
