As usual we Indians are crybabies. You cannot win a match on ur own but blame the rains other teams for our failures. As for the Aussies they are not a good team anymore as you can amply see. Only we are worse

I don't think India played so badly in the Tournament. We won 4 out of 5 Matches ans still could not make it to Semis. It has something to do with Tournament Format also. Pls note West Indies got into Semis with only 2 Wins out of 5 Matches (That too 1 win in Super Over against New Zealand means they could actually win only 1 Match in full time) - They lost 2 and 1 Match with No Result.
We have ben unlucky also to be in the Toughest 2nd Group with South Africa, Australia & Pakistan. Whereas 1st group was really weak with teams like New Zealand & England.

Everyone was aware of the format well in advance. According to format it was necessary to win all the matches to reach semi final because you cant depend on others to reach the semi final because of net run rate factor.India played badly against Aussies. They scored just 140 inspite of great batting line up. They should had score more than 170 or atleast 160. The openers let us down in that match. Even against Pakistan it was required to score at a faster rate to boost the net run rate. In T20 matches you cant leave everything at last over. Even after scoring 140 we allowed Aussies to overhaul that total in 16 overs because of bad bowling. In short T20 WC is not all about wining but wining big.

Ya talk about weak groups and its two teams from weak group that have made it to the finals. Ya Windies won only two matches and the match against Ireland got rained out and its not Windies fault. Its not about winning a number of matches but winning matches that matter. The tournament schedule was out even before it started and there is no point in frowning about it now

How much redifff or mooderator has been paid by jehaddis and d-gang to block all messages relating to match fixed between pakis and aussies??? what a shame!
Do not under estimate any team. Specially team like Sri Lanka who were playing of his own soil. Grounds & pitches are well known to them as well as they quality spinners. So should have to keep shut your mouth before the match. We understand your confidence level is much high now but would you not think Over confidence (proudness) is the reason of down fall like Aussies & Pakis..!

actually there is no such word as "proudness" in the english dictionary... its simply called "pride"
Srilanka has the privilege as home team and they enjoy every thing of their country.with crowd behind them to pump up behind them they will not be easy prey to the strategies to the young and cheerful carrebian team.Charming Chrys and his antics with his willow power are nice to watch. Also Srilanks will not make the mistake to put opponents to bat and make first use of pitch. The skills of srilankans lies in sharing their abilities between bolwers, batsmen and fileder. They will play as one team to claim honor for their country
Although it was always felt that WI are a dangerous batting side, we all see weakness in their bowling side apart from Sunil Naraina. It will be a different ball game against likes of Ajanta Mendis, Rangana Herath and co. But it will be cracker of a game....
