How long can people wait for the shake of country's defeat before a personal records success only ?? Atleast now its good to see that sachin is thinking about chances to youngsters.

holds almost all records?
by pravin chaudhary on Oct 05, 2012 04:04 PM  | Hide replies

Why journalists always write that "he holds almost all the records in world cricket"? They don't even care to mention "batting records". Even in batting, he holds mostly the records that are possible due to longevity - like most runs, most hundreds etc. What about other records like:

1. fastest 50/100/200?
2. Highest one day or test score?
3. fastest to reach 1k, 2k .... runs?
4. Highest batting average?

If I am not wrong he held the 3rd from your list for some time (broken after) and 4th at start of his ODI carrier for short time(not sure)

For ODI score he had a 200. :)

Sachin the saviour

Our Sachin was good on ground until he joined congress in RS. He joined politics to safeguard his wealth, without paying taxes.

He is no more interested in the game, but plays to get more sponsorships.

Crickets never failed in ther game during sponsors ads. Either as a batsmen the ball will go out of the stadium or as bowler the three stumps uprouted at a speed of 1000Miles.

Not that I am advocating but just to clarify.

He is not in active politics, he is been nominated in Rajya Sabha from the honorary quota reserved for achievers from India, so he does not belong to any party.

His wealth earned prior being MP or any wealth he accumulates through private junctures won't be exempted from tax.

He has already denied any Govt facilities provided to MP (Home, cars and excess security as well).

I don't like defending someone but you guys just started being ridiculous so I though I should clarify.
