Joker is a very mild word for a selfish person like SRT. Indian cricket would only gain if selfish haggards like SRT and MSD retire immediately.

Play your last match on home soil only.

It is upto Sachin Tendulkar, when he quit, but we would request to him to play his last match on home soil, pls do not take retirement like Dravid and Laxman, which was so dis-appointing... they served the cricked and pleased the supporter for long time, but their retirement was not as expected. Give some respect to senior player who actually gave a lot to Indian Cricket as compare to what they received from Board...

Dravid and Laxman should have been as graceful as Kumble had been. As soon Kumble realised he was not being effective any more, he announced his retirement. Both Dravid and Laxman had to be coaxed to come to this realisation. That was indeed unfortunate.

Dravid did extremely well till the Aus tour...so nothing wrong in his timing of retirement. Yes, Lax went two tours extra !!

Do I have to play cricket at international level, be famous, rich and fit to criticise Sachin?

If I am not and then cricize you will call me jealous?

No one is worried about "what his heart says" and without waiting for what heart says, it is better to retire right now. Enough is enough. But we salute him for his contribution to cricket.

I saw the ad in Times Now regarding the channel's interview with Sachin, in which some past players came and parrotted statements like he should enjoy his game as long as he can play, he should play in the next world cup etc.

This reminded me of congressmen who pretend internally and propose externally that the best thing that can happen to the country is the crowning of their yuvraj.
