T20 Rankings: India move up to second spot

 maybe its time to change the ranking criteria.

A team which fauled to reach the semis is world no. 2.That is ridiculous. Time to change the criteria. Just like field hockey extra points should be allocated to teams which do well in big tournaments like the world cup ,champions trophy or Asia cup.
