think of coach rather then team, garry is batter coach then fletcher, coach must be good reader of game but this man is illiterate he can not read the game we lost both England and Australia series and after 30 years we lost a test against England on the home soil.
I think the time is right to have Ajhinkya Rahane opening and Sehwag take number 4 position. Sachin should call it now, Dhoni need to be dropped immediately & Ashwin is not a test class bowler sorry but will be sorted out quickly. Dont know what wrong an Amit Mishra has done as leg spinner. Zaheer need to decide on his retirement soon. We have about 4 players who either need to be sacked or they should accept and move on - Sachin Tendulkar, Zaheer Khan, M S Dhoni (Tests only) & Gautam Gambir (on Form). Bring back Piyush Chawla / Mishra with Ojha and all we need is a fit pair of fast bowler - Ishant & Umesh Yadav

Make Gautam Gambhir captain since we need a strong captain. Also Ajinkya Rahane should come in place of yuvraj and praveen kumar/Irfan Pathan and dinda inplace of harbajan and zaheer khan. Zaheer is not a wicket taking bowler anymore. Also board should think of replacing Duncan Fletcher as coach and bring in Mohinder Amarnath as coach
Bring one leg spinner (it may be Piyush Chawla) in place of existing one Off Spinner or a Left handed Off Spinner. In present team, there is no variety at all

Replace aleem dar and tony hill as field umpires, otherwise, india will surely be 2-1 down after kolkata test,folks!they have been rbiibed heaveily by brits and their agents and the mumbai test is evidence how they played so well for the Brits!shame, BCCI!
No need to drop anyone . Same team defeated ENG comfortably at A'bad . They cannot sustain our lethal spin attack . EVERY DAY IS NOT SUNDAY . Now just see how ENG loses by an innings in Kolkatta & Nagpur . Sachin will surely score in these matches .

I think in the first test England team was defeated by themselves, not by the Indian team. So change is required.
Dhoni interfering in everything selection, pitch etc that too when he even does not deserve to a player in Indian team When he had hit his last test hundred and these press people ask about form of each and everyone except Dhoni. Why Dhoni is not explainable about his form and captaincy Its really ridiculous DICTATOR DHONI

Why saha kartik is the best wicket keeper oprion in current scenario kartik should replace dhoni and captain should be virat kohli.
for sure with non performing of suchhin bhajis ishant Dindas zaheer khans englens leads 2-1 and nagpur ends in draws hehe englen bahjayegi team india ki PUNGI....
On the one hand no need to panic, really there are no changes since anyway Dinda was on call and there is no scope for many pacers in the team. Maybe Amit Misra or Rahul Sharma and let go off Bhajji. On the other hand time to look to future and blood youngsters on our pitches rather than abroad

Mr. Nayak.. I totally agree with you.. I expected Sandeep Patil to be at least a tad more aggressive than the miserable Srikkanth in his selection but he has proved to be as boneless, as spineless and as rudderless as his predecessor.. just presiding over a meeting to announce an unchanged side which has been mauled by 10 wickets goes to show that this bunch too is interested only in collecting its fat pay cheques without doing any constructive work for the benefit of the team in the longer run..
