Reason why Sachin is still playing
by Sachin Joshi on Nov 25, 2012 06:47 PM  | Hide replies

He has always played for records. He has 100 international centuries and if he retires now, people in future will say he only played so long for getting the record of 100 hundreds. He wants to avoid this by scoring 101 hundreds. He will retire the day he scores 101 hundreds. But selectors should fire him now and leave him stranded on 100 hundreds. He is destroying the careers of people like Ajinkya Rahane, Manoj Tewary, Ambati Rayudu and other youngsters.

Fans should wake up and say good bye to sachin to avoid embrassing situation for India. No Indian in any matters have taken such freedom. He is dictating terms with his records and making all authorities and senior player fools.

Absolutely correct sir if u can drop legends of test cricket dravid and laxman who have won plenty more matches than selfish sachin...why are selectors so baised for him give chance to another 19 year old unmukt..he will perform better than sachin any day

I think blaming Harbhajan Singh is absolutely ins@nne!!!!
by ModeratorsDAD on Nov 25, 2012 06:43 PM  | Hide replies

Harbhajan Singh is one of the senior most spinner... he is being a victim of sheer politics by Dhoni due to the following:

Harbhajan was Underbowled in the First innings

Harbhajan did not bowl >5 overs in a spell... whereas Ashwin and Ojha bowl >14-15 overs in one spell

Harbhajan takes 2 wickets in 6 overs that he bowled today... Ashwin takes 2 wickets in 21 overs that he bowled today

Its a sheer shame on the indian cricket wherein one of the most successfull bowler from India is being blamed for india's below avg performance.

100% agree with you.I am from TN but I do not find anything special from Ashwin what Harbhajan did not do. He was the one who rocked the mighty Australian team in 2001 in India and helped India to win the series. Harbhajan has played very vital knocks & good spells at home & abroad to make India reach victory. Also, he is an aggressive cricketer who has a kind of never say die attitude.. Sad to hear that

Ban Sachin from all formats of Cricket
by km vb on Nov 25, 2012 06:35 PM

Sachin should be banned as he is not showing as sort of interest for Indian Cricket team to win and also not showing interest for younger generation to come up.
He should remember that he got a chance at his age of 16 and there are many youngsters waiting to get a chance.
which record sachin wanted to achieve. It is evident that he is still playing for the sake of his own records but not for the Country. If Sachin wants Country to be proud, he should give away his place for a better player who can play much much better than the present Sachin.
It is a very humble request from all those who wanted to see Indian Flag flying in winning ways that please sachin retire from all formats of cricket and save a place for younger generation who wanted to prosper and see indian flag flying.

every team can not lose just for fear of losing their lucrative ipl contracts the way srilankans/nwezeland/west indies do when playing india... for some teams like england country pride comes before ipl money...
for dhoni/bcci every thing is money...they can do anything and everything for money...

dhoni the greatest captain...
by arvin g on Nov 25, 2012 06:20 PM  | Hide replies

his speech is ready after defeat... bowlers gave away too many runs and batsmen could not score enough runs...
and then he will also add that bcci should try to buy more england players for ipl... that way england players will just give in and let india win for want of not offending dhoni/bcci...
