Well played Pujara and Ashwin.

Lots of teenagers play very good cricket in India. Its surprising that we lack the intensity at national level.Cricket camera coverage needs to be more single shots type.Longer coverage of action in one shot rather than truncated multiple shots.

Let him complete 20 tests and then decide he is an allrounder or bowler.Remember the case of Irfan Pathan?

Even top class batsmen like Dravid and Laxman would appreciate many of the drives played by Ashwin.

Rear Guard action
by Vattem Krishnan on Nov 23, 2012 06:16 PM

Mumbai witnessed rearguard action of Aswin to support Mr Pujara to build innnings and to cover up the failure for the front line.IT is necessary for India to bat till lunch and make as many runs as they can.
I England aims to win the match, the team has to go out and hoist good score if at all they want to win the match.India may not have good swing bowlers and so have to depend on spin to decide the match in their favor.

Looking at his current form, he will have to wait till his son retires from cricket.....
Sachin's son will retire before Sachin.... and Sachin will be a laughing stock....
