Variations, Shuriations. Your Athimber Balaji is 1000 times slower and does not attack the batsmen. He cannot take wickets in a test match.
Even on a thankless pitch this Yadav kid toiled hard. Back problems can be a issue for any tall athlete.
Balaji is a slow medium bowler. If the wicket is slower he can only deliver uruttal ball.

Yadav has more stamina than any Tamil Brahmin player. Back pain has nothing to do with stamina. Looks like you haven't played any serious sports.
Fast bowling in Indian conditions is a lot of toiling. Yadav needs rest and recuperation.
