Sachin is going to retire in Mumbai in the next test..sounds great na?? With all the respect for the master blaster and the passion for Indian cricket, i do feel its the high time for Sachin to leave the game with some self esteem.

he dont have self esteem, our many actors , cricketers politician dont retire untill they r kicked on thier back.
...for tests. Infact according to me Pujara, Ishant, Umesh, Ashwin and even Yuvraj should only be allowed to play in tests for next 4-5 years. For this should be proper compensated in financial terms. The above players should not even be allowed to play in IPL. I think this should help them to totally concentrate on their game.

he is any day better than dravid... and pls dont comment about overseas performance.. if we can loose 0-4 each in eng and aust with presence of dravid then it is better to loose 0-4 with pujara... he has years ahead and he will learn ...

Could you please explain ,how is he better than Dravid who has played for more than 15 Years & 150 tests and scored more than 10k runs in tests as well as ODIs.Not to forget the number of matches that he won/saved.
Don't be ignorant and compare an all time great with a rank newcomer who hasn't even played 10 tests.
Gavaskar will not mind killing the goose for the Golden egg if the guy is from other than Mumbai. So it is always better to preserve Pujara for the test matches atleast for some more time before he can be sparingly unleashed into limited over game. lest he burns out and injures himself.
Time for Tendulkar to make way for the likes of Pujara. Tendulkar had a great run and he is a national icon but all great & good things come to an end and the better if the end is graceful rather than forced
