It will be near miracle for England to save the match with two full days left. However considering the awful quality of umpiring with too many wrong umpiring decisions on either side the umpires can either hasten the result or help visitors save the Test. While the report above mentions about the English getting raw deals from the umpires, but it is conveniently silent on the umpires erring on the other side. It is a fact that each of the three Indian bowlers, Ashwin,Ojha and Zaheer , got on an average two 'close' or even 'plumb' LBW decisions wrong against them !In fact with correct decisions England’s 1st innings would have folded for under 150.It is possible ICC is putting pressure on BCCI through its panel of umpires to accept UDRS system through such erratic umpiring. Even otherwise considering that all countries except India have accepted UDRS , it is time BCCI should also agree for the same. Advantages or disadvantages of UDRS will apply equally to all. Then where is the problem ?

thanks. Why abuse ? It is unfortunate Star Sports contrary to its claim is not raising such 'hard questions'.What is the use playing safe ? It doesn't help the cause of cricket.

Do you think Star sports is there to help the cause of cricket? It is there to make money Hence forcing people to buy all 3 channels of theirs by putting hindi comm. on star ckt. Even if they were it is not in their control. Bcci is producing the pictures. They are all bcci emplyed commentators. would never say a word on DRS etc.
Give Fight and do not lose spinelessly like we did in the last two tours out side England and Australia .Losing a match is all in the game but how you lose is important -fight and lose.

fine. Even worse is that after MSD SRT BCCI refuses DRS ,whenever a call is turned down MSD goes and argues with umpires. He has no right to do so. But then MSD SRT BCCI it seems are the 3 things that run world cricket!!! Ridiculous.
