Great Batsman, Great Captain

He had made 3 double centuries after taking over the capataincy - 329, 210, 218 n.o. . All in one calendar year.

On his test debut in 2004, he made a classic 151 that led his team to defeat India in India and break the Final Frontier.

Clarke has never been touted as a superstar, but 6000 runs in 83 tests with 22 centuries (2 double and 1 triple) in just 8 years, and his best of his batting is coming as a captain, he is on the way to become a genuine cricket superstar.

What is great about clarke is that he does not play any fancy shots like reverse sweeps scoops etc.
Just plays the ball on its merit.

yes,Dhoni has a lot to learn from him. without contributing anything for victory he will tell about his strategy.if lost he will blame batsmen/bowler as if he don't have any responsiblity.
He never promotes himself if pitch is against batsmen or wicket falls quickly & he will promote himself a good score is on board.
If the pitch is too good he will foolishly ran himself out & put the other player as if it is other's fault.
