same ol story-indian selectors will forever remain conservative in their selection ! play a half fit zaheer , an out of form irfan , an insecure ishant , & out of form openers sewag & gambhir & then lament why we did not do well !!...why not select directly from the ranji games -the guys who did well this season should get a call if only to check if they r good enough !
He will be fit for 10-13 overs on day one. That is all. After this India will have three bowlers. This has happend more than once with Zaheer. No doubt he was good during his young days, not any more.
zaheers availabilty is bad news ...he has played this trick a dozen time and sat out after bowling a few deliveries just to keep up his advertising committments

With Chawla unavailable, I guess Bhajji will be given a chance. He should make the best use of it.....
Hope Selectors select Umesh Yadav & Varun Aaron & both can Open the bowling for India. Both can bowl 150 km/hr. India needs such bowlers to open the bowling and not someone who bowls 120-125 km/hr.

i think India should go with Umesh & Ishant as pacers and Ashwin & Some Leggie as spinners. Moreover its time up for Sehwag and instead Rahane/Badrimath should be given the oppatunity.

I agree. We do not need a third seamer.Let me become 100% fit then only select him. In last English Tour also he played the same trick and sat in dressing room for the entire tour due to cramps.
