True. One single tournament win will not prove anything against a legend like Dhoni. Ghambir should maintain silence and perform with bat like Sachin used to do. Many strong Indian teams were there for long time, but none of them won World Cup until Dhoni came as captain. Personal battles within the team should be avoided. IPL is not played for that. Also Dhoni should stop insulting senior and experienced players and should try to maintain harmony between the players.
I think the contribution of KKR coach Trevor Bayliss has been severly underestimated. He seems calm on the field and must have really strategized a lot at the back end during practice.
Absoltutely correct statement. The quotation made by Gambhir is also applicable to all the KKR matches during the previous seasons. So stop irritating to other captains. TZ, and somd rediff users MUST AVOID ROUGH WORDS.

Funnier thing is Dhoni's statements yesterday. He said that the ball started coming on slightly better in the second half & CSK bowlers were not getting reverse swing...... Come on, he won the toss and elected to bat. They scored a good 190 runs and with scrappy fielding (drop catches and a few run-out misses) lost the matches...... Did he ever accept that??

that was a pathetic statement. How can pitch become faster in 2nd inning? This shows that Dhoni is just lucky as Indian captain and not an intelligent captain.

Plz. go to utube and see the post-match presentation of the match in which KKR lost; Gambhir and everybody in KKR this time were seen very united... even in personal achievement they seems to be sharing that with team...
But to sell hair_oil,under_wear or mobile_phone,corporate needs brands such as Dhoni or Sachin,something vague like TEAM cannot sell their product.Gautam should understand.
Gautam should create some controversies.Change girl_friends.Get caught in fight in some night_clubs.Mis_behave respected people.Remove his shoes_in the ground and dance like_bravo.Change hair_style every month.Wear yellow_shirt and red_pant.This way his brand value will increase...
