I was surprised to see the current IPL statistics yesterday morning to see that only RAVINDRA JADEJA is among the TOP TEN bowlers with 5 for 16 being the best among all! also his avg. was around 6.2 or so. I was surprised that Dhoni did NOT use this star bowler of the CSK at all! JADEJA is a great pick and his price says it all. Maybe DHONI was really JEALOUS and SUPRESSED HIM !!!

Don't call Shastri as Mumbai Chamchu. He was such a disgrace for Mumbai Cricket. Normally crowd cheers for home team player but Ravi Shastri was the only Indian player who used to get constant booes from crowd whenever he walked into batting. Entire Wankhede Stadium used to shout "Shastri Haay Haay" whenever this guy walked into bat.
He batted very slowly in 1985 B&H World Series in Australia and scored some slow 50s. And this guy was awarded with "Champion of Champions" tag and Audi car for his performance.

He isn't good enough to hold on to the opportunities given. He's getting support from the Bombay band of sunny & ravi shastri. There are other young talented batsmen like pujara, rahane, mukund, mandeep. So it's time to throw anyone who doesn't perform.
