Do you think Ambani has less money for their players? Is MI Players less sportive? People who accuse MI or Sachin for match fixing are hopelessly ignominous.
I have always maintained that among the 9 teams, only CSK, RR and KXIP play like a team, without too much dependence on individual super stars. It was once again evident in the y'day's match. Once Vijay and Raina failed, Badri and Hussey stepped in to consolidate and then Bravo and Dhoni went on to accelerate till 18th over and then burst on in the last 2 overs. On the bowling front, their star bowler Hilfenuaus went for runs, and immediately Aswhin, Morkel and Bravo applied the brakes with crucial wickets. Thouhg Raina didnt contribute with the bat and ball, he held on a tremendous catch and was on the top with fielding to save atleast 5-6 runs. And they had the captain leading from the front. This is what you call team performance. None of them scored above 55, still they reached 187. None of them took 3 or more wickets, still they tool 9 wickets.
No wonder CSK is into top 3. All those who said they were lucky to get into play-offs, now eat the humble pie.

Very true. At CSK, we don't criticize Vijay, Raina, Jadeja or even Saha. I am sure their days too will come. I am expecting a solid performance from Vijay and Raina in the next 2 matches.

absolutely. I still believe in Jadeja. CSK plays as a team. They are not dependent on just one player. Unlike other teams, CSK will not drop players, switch and shift!
Gautam Gambhir is a very fine batsman & fully deserves to be made the Captain of Team India. Kohli is one of the best batsman of Modern day Cricket however he needs some grooming to be done before giving this highest resposibility. Gambhir shud be made Captain with immediate effect and Kohli can be made the vice captain & groomed under Gambhir for the next 2-3 years just so that when his time comes he is fully ready. Best example being - Australia grooming Clarke under Ponting's captaincy for 3 yrs & when Clarke took over the Captaincy recently the results are now showing for Australia who are slowly rising to the top of Ranking table. Gambhir shud be appointed the Captain of Team India as he fully deserves this post for now. Hope BCCI is listening!!!!

Why not with retrospective effect! Gambhir is haughty and talks too much. Such persons cannot be trusted with leadership. Did you ever hear MAK Patudi, Kapil, Dravid or Kumble making loud statements?

Whats the point of winning league matches? Chokers MI, RCB Pls learn from Chennai. I can see many members in this forum giving senseless charges as "fixing". You are not making any dent on CSK but on Sachin and Great Mumbai:)

I suggest you consult a doctor. Even if CSK loses, you will say the same thing. Fixing matches is the sole right of you know 'who'. so don't start all over again.

these matches are fixing because of money guys...fixing for the brand IPL to improve....like when EPL Started...
Mr,Flemming u r giving credit to the wrong people u should thank Mr,Shrinivasan & Mr,Shrikant because of their power in the BCCI u r playing in the Play off's u people wer down & out from here.I think the man of the tournament should be give to Srinivasan & man of the match to srikanth.U cheat people

yes n they think ppl r fools n we don't smell anything fishy about how every yr CSK enters playoffs by luck n then 2 finals... even venues for imp matches semis, finals r kept in chennai in their homeground...from next season they can directly gift the trophy 2 CSK in the beginning itself & other teams no need 2 put in efforts it will go in vain
