If Sehwag clicks, he has he potential to take game away from CSK. But it is imperative that he makes a big score and not gets carried away after a quick 30 or so...
DD will definitely go through by defeating CSK with its aggressiveness. Dhoni's team does not have the aggressiveness and attack. Best of luck to Sehwag and co. Destroy CSK.

well CSK atleast bats with their eyes open. Sometimes one DD opener bats with his eyes closed...
DD has got second opportunity to make it in final, but there task is not as simple as the wanted to be. CSK is Lions on there home ground so DD needs all round performance and some luck to get over finishing line. but still I think DD needs to play there skin out to win today. if they win today they will win IPL this year undoubtfully. KKR won last match bacause of mess done by DD and everytime this not happens

droping ashwin is a bad option..instead only vijay should be dropped and some spinner should be given a chance..vijay is a total failure..
The whole concept of league gets trashed with this knock out format. How fair is it that Chennai could win the IPL after winning less number of matches in total than Kolkata or Delhi. They should follow the worldwide league concept, which rewards the most consistent team during a season. If anything, they could have best of 3 finals between the top 2 teams. This knock out is unfair on teams like Mumbai which won 10 games, but is out while Chennai is still alive having won a game less.

Yeah it seems unfair, but Mumbai played very bad that day.. specially that OLD fellow Master Plaster in Team, he is a OMEN

Pakistan were also last qualifiers to Semis during 1992 World Cup. Just like CSK qualified due to RCB's loss to DC similarly Pakistan qualified for Semis due to WI's loss to Australia in the last league match.

Because of that omen's presence only we won the world cup. Do not forget that. And that he did not have a chance to play well since he has to sacrifice his wicket. You people always have the habit of finding fault with whatever he does. If he did not sacrifice you would call him selfish. When he sacrificed you are telling that he had failed.

Yes as you said best of 3 finals between top 2 teams is a fair one. Consistency will be rewarded through that.

in the last league against kings xi chennai was in a must win situation to enter play offs. What did they do in that most mattered match. They lost badly when it mattered. It is either by pure luck or by way of fixing they entered play offs. Nothing to be proud of.
