I appeal to Tendulkar to retire gracefully before being dropped unceremoniously.

he has no grace left... he will hide from captaincy and will always be selfish. he wants to keep protect his own interest of scoring runs at the cost of the team.

Incorrect. Do you know what Sachin said after his great losing 100th hundred ? "It is selfish to retire when you are at your best..." Now as we know, Sachin is totally selfless and patriotic. So he will keep playing till he is at his worst. By the way, barring a few exceptions, Sachin was never a match winner. Be it in Tests or ODIs. Let alone T20s. He plays simply for records and personal gratification

Add money to the list. As long as there are willing sponsors, wouldn't mind sacrificing his self-pride & gratification.

all great cricketers were kicked out of team. tendulkar has already crossed his limit.

introduction of rotation policy in australian tour was only to make tendulkar sit out of team politely.

Sachin has gained lot of money and as well as fame from Cricket, I dont know why he is spoiling his name and fame towards the end of his career?
He should have exited after winning the world cup instead of waiting for 100th 100 against Bangla. And now being graded as useless player in T20 as well. I believe he is still playing due to some hidden pressure could be from sponsors. God only knows!!!

CSK

Chennai are literally unstoppables now!!! Bringing to life a almost dead Lion and ask it to eat Bread and Jam, is pure nonsense. Now CSK won't go without tasting the blood. The Cup has CSK's name written all over it again for the third time...

Mahesh CSK bashers like you need some treatment. Half the time, you keep alleging things are fixed, and in the same vein confidently assert that CSK will lose to DD. Atleast make up your mind one way or the other, and if you cant, seek medical help....

Difference between sachin and dhoni
by venky on May 24, 2012 02:59 AM  | Hide replies

When it mattered a leader should stand in the front. But sachin today got out loosing his self-confidence and giving the life to dyane smith had it been dhoni there he might have stayed in the grease and told the opposition I'm the Man.That is the perfect example of a leader, a leader doesn't runaway from the problem.

Venky,Sachin has just started playing, while Smith has been playing for the last 22 years ,So Sachin did the right thing by sacrificing for his senior partner.Whats wrong in it?

If he had stayed and took the team to the finish line then I don't think many people would have questioned him. For that one need to be courageous and have confidence. Show me one instance where SRT took the responsibility on his shoulders and delivered in this century.
