Who is Rajat Gupta and what is this channel India TV. This is done by this TV channel only to be recognized that their TV also exists. They have caught on cameras nondescript players who cannot make any difference to a match.
Sorry Shalabh, but your points to prove your innocence are not clean. One does not have to be a member of the playing XI to fix matches. Even the Pak players named for the fixing of matches were not all in the XI. In fact someone not playing is the best person to negotiate or confirm the deal with the bookies when other players are on the field. If you are resting at home then how come you were interviewed on the ground premises? If not playing for UP for past two years due to injury, how come your team still has included your name in the complete list of players (maybe about 25). They could have asked for a replacement, even likes of Ashish Nehra, Yuvraj singh are kept out of their squad for the injury period and replacements sought. Even after the pak players experience you consider strangers as friends and provide some details which are certainly not just about cricket in general. Yes the channel now has to prove that the sting operation was carried out, the clips shown are true and players shown are the ones who actually said as they claim. By the way, Mr. Mohnish Mishra has already accepted his mistake in writing. Best of luck Shalabh if actually clean.
