1.The giver of a bribe is as guilty as the taker.In this case, the giver is IPL/BCCI and the sponsors of different Teams
2.If freebies above salary cap are paid for the sake of money laundering ( to make black money white), then the Organisors of IPL (who else, the BCCI & the Sponsors)ARE THE culprits who are committing ECONOMIC OFFENCE.In that case, 2a. BCCI is not authorised to conduct investigations 2b. The real authority will be the Government of India, WHICH IS ACTING AS THOUGH IT IS ASLEEP on IPL SCAM.

BCCI is not competent to tackle the situation . They have done nothing in the past in the case of Azharuddin & also in case of windies player Samuels so we request Maken to make a law in the Parliament to punish the match fixer by forfeit their assets & also Life Imprisonment for them as a punishment then only the cancer of match fixing will be under control otherwise no body can stop this cancer.
Take strong action against big fishes. Fixer like Azhar was not punished in the year 2000 & hence fixing is continuous in Cricket in all tupe of matches. Fixing in matches should be make criminal offence in future & players should be treated as per IPC to tackle the situation.
