Rahane

Ajinkya really played well against England in ODI series. The first two pictures in above slideshow are from ODI series against England last year. Not to mention Rahane was the highest scorer in Ranji trophy season.

Too bad Captain Dhoni & his CSK politics not letting this talented young man's dream come true.

But unfortunately oldies are blocking his way. Only advice to Rahane is do not follow one day wonders like Murali Vijay. You have a bright future. Keep rocking

Murali Vijay got many opportunities courtesy Mr.Dhoni & Srikkanth. Rahane suffering because of Dhoni's dirty politics.

It would be better if we STOP using the term 'Paaji'. It means 'rascal' in all lingos except Punjabi.

Not true, Even in punjabi it means rascal. And I am sure you know he is not speaking correct word. Trying to write in english, closest actual word is pahji or pha'ji which means respectful brother, which Rahane meant. Now what is mistake of the word itself if people speak it in their own accent leading to different connotations ? I am sure there are lots of such examples around. Standard Disclaimer - Not a fan or hater of sachin or pro punjabi.

Ajinkya Rahane belted English bowlers in their backyard last year in ODI series opportunity he got. Rahane is true class act most deserved to play all formats of the game for India. But Indian captain Dhongi prefers to give opportunities only to his buttlickers like Jadeja, Kohli, Ashwin, Raina etc. Dhongi completely ignored Rahane down under/Asia cup and you saw the results 4-0 whitewash in test series & knockout in triseries/Asia Cup final. Shame on you Dhongi & his CSK buttlickers.

It happens only in India with many grown up with immatured mind

The Indian players failed the nation in one after another foreign trips.
Whatever credit they acquired by winning 'World Cup' (although in home soil ... hahaha), everything they floored when they visited England & Australia. Moreover, in recent times, any India team (eventhough not world champs) was never humbled so badly in England or Australia, like our 'so called' champion team.
They were destroyed in mass!!! in every match they played ... be it 20-20 or one day or a test or county match !!! They wore bangles !!! They became boneless, spineless. Never a world champion was so much humbled. Its a shame!!!!!
And now IPL come and we bunch of forgetful immatured child, we started to dance with those ??? We are allowing the circus named IPL to fetch their huge money in hundereds of crores ... we are letting those useless players to fetch crores of rupees which, clearly they donot deserve ... IPL and its Indian players are a shame to us !!!!

Let these useless bunch of players prove themselves in England and Australia !!! Let them drop their bangles in the fields of England and Australia !!! Not in the circus named IPL.

IPL is the reason of Indian cricket's downfall !!! It supplies un-wortyhy players with too much money and heroship ..... thereby it changes the quality of Indian cricket !!!!

Let us hate it ....

While I do understand your angst, thee is nothing anyone can do about it. IPL sure is entertainment - and no none of the undeserving players succeed. Anyone who succeds in IPL does based on talent and merit and many of players discovered through IPL - like Warner, Rahane, Shane Watson, Awana, Ashwin and many more.

In fact IPL's success is being feared world over and every nation is tryng to replicate it - whether it is SL, England, Australia or SA. It has also given the marginal Indian players good money and recognition - and they do deserve every penny of it.

While Test cricket is the ultimate format - it does need more entertainment to sustain. Otherwise, we will soon forget it...

You can imagine what will happen in Australian soil or English soil !!!

These complete bunch of Indian players (barring a few) are not worth of any praise !!! Only in IPL (in Indian slow pitches) they turn hero. Other places ? They leave their pants off before they run to toilets !!!

What a shame they are !!!
