When Gambhir said the same thing in Aus, he was punished by being overlooked for vice captaincy. Why is it there are different rules for Gambhir and Dhoni

Exactly. If Dravid bats like that we can understand we can understand. It is his strength and style of play. But Dhoni is supposed to be a big hitter and he never delivers in a big hitting game like 20-20. It is as if he plays big shots according to his mood. First he has to correct himself rather than blaming others.

when this guy plays slowly initially.... and takes the game till the end... then its no problem for him.... if the same is done by other players... he blames them.... duffer... his initial slow batting has cost us the CB series in AUS. he has no right now to blame his fellow teammates for playing defensively at the start...
He plays gilli danda. He is the guy responsible for taking the match till the last over. Sehwag, Gambhir, Dravid and for that matter Shikar Dhawan, Mandeep Singh, Rayudu are far better than this overhyped crook

burning assssss, he has really led teams in 2 world cups and 2 IPLs. what else are you burning about? all the listed guys screwed up their innings at somepoint in their life for their own benefits.

You apply burnol. This fellow is nothing without the help of Sehwag, Gambhir, Yuvraj and Tendulkar. He hits some sixes in flat wickets and takes credit for the victory. Most useless captain in IPL 5
What were youndoing with Anirudda all these days? You wanted only Saha and Jadeja. In IPL IV, Anirudda scored a quickfire 64 in the very first match (He was the Man of the Match) and soon you dropped him to accommadate some one else. A continuous encouragement to him would have benefitted you and your team all these days. Good, now at least you have realised. Same is the case with YoMahesh. K.NATARAJAN.

Who left it to the end. It is Dhoni's mantra. Even for india - he leaves it to the end and got criticised by gambir. Also when you blame batsmen, you should include yourself. The franchise paid a high sum not merely for his wicket keeping role and losing tosses. This is one of the rare occassions where CSK was able to win with nearly 2 overs to spare and that was because dhoni was out before the 16th over.

LOLZ, His Holiness Sunil Vaidya-ji will call you a Sachin fantard. Supposedly anyone who criticizes Dhoni is a Sachin fantard (according to his holiness).... :)

Well Dhoni's press conferences always give you the impression of him vs the team. Batsmen did not do well, bowlers bowled poorly (unsaid- i was perfect, did not do any mistake). Any captain who does the me-versus-rest_of_team separation is not fit to lead...
