U hav said it correctly, Tendulkar is trying now very hard to cling on to limelight when things are sliding fast
most of these haircuts were sported by soccer players playing in bundesliga , english premier league and seria etc the goatee look was of baggio. well it doesnt suit his face and his demeanor cos he is shortie. God has blessed him with curly hair (which people pay premium for in fertility clinics as per Vicky donor film):-)
