During the first edition of ipl, Gayle was with KKR and later no franchise was ready to take him because he was not available during the previous matches of IPL as his WI schedule always clashed with IPL matches. Later when RCB picked up, he displayed his fireworks and then the money came. Don't say that money was first priority for him.

WHEN WI TEAM NEEDED HIM, GAIL REMAIN BUSY TO EARN MORE AND MORE

Performances of chris gail in IPL tournament (or circus?)is enjoyable but his dis respect towards his nations is deplorable. the present west indies team is very strong and just imagine how strong it will be specially in one dayers and 20:20 games. even test team of west indies will start to thrash any strong team in the world. Mr. Chris Gayel, you must respect your own motherland instead of making yourself a money spinning machine. WI needs your services badly.

The WI should have won the world cup in 2003 or 2007 itself. They had great batting line up and good bowlers. It is because of the egoistic, and thickheaded Board of the West Indies Cricket , cricket suffered there.
You had Lara, Hooper, Chanderpaul Sarwan and now Gayle, Pollard, Bravos Russell, Cooper Narine, What more do you want?. Lloyd and Co, show some respect to the players and you will get respect.

There is nothing like dis respect here, the matter is only about money, Gayle is getting more money in IPL, the most important thing is why shud windies is still conducting matches during IPL, this is a dis respect against india

I think they are doing the right thing when scheduling matches during IPL. Cuz they give much more importance to National cricket rather than burn out of their players in nonsense 20-20 cricket. It also saves players from burnout and injuries. Nothing like disrespecting India
