When Sachin completed his 100th 100,there were no applause from the veteran cricketers, commentators etc. No one is ready to bell the cat. Some like this .........
A Guy deliberately slows down for personal glory.. if u r worth ur salt, u wudve dropped him even if we had won.. remember Boyucott was dropped once for playing too slowly , even though england won the match.. commitment is more important than talent.. we dont want uncommited individuals.. especially uncomitted losers..

Agree....that last match should have been sachins last ODI....He has commited the equivalent of treason----by putting self interest above country ....Should be sent to PAK.

:-)...By 0.03 percent. Yes. ;-) That designates Sachin as "should be thrown out" and Virat as "match winner"....then you are free to so designate. ;-)
I love Sachin's game but even more i love how some losers r frustrated that he is still playing and making runs !! I hope he keep playing few years more and keep piling runs and keep giving those losers more frustration in their BIG ZERO life :)

rajaji, sachin is getting runs when? during the england white wash or during the australia white wash? can you be a little specific as to when he has been making runs?
of course i have never denied that he makes runs...but i have also explained in detail just WHEN he makes those runs, WHICH are the occasions that he choses to make runs....
and by the way i have also explained in detail just when he does NOT make runs and which occasions he choses NOT to make runs...

The point is about Virat choosing to play slow against BD and fast against Pak.

and in the process keeps fooling his fans that he has achieved so much and he is the greatest player and blah blah blah....

Rajaji, I am also waiting for the day he will be awarded BR. Not that I wish for the award to be presented to him, but i want to see these haters burn with envy....!

brother, the only solution would be to stop watching cricket for the next 4-5 years to come out of this "disgust" as u call it :)
It is not time for him to retire yet. India needs his runs and centuries so that more matches can be lost and so are the cups. Noone realises that it is because of Sachin that we lost the match against Bangla as he was concentrating on his century amd therby lost time.

Pak opener scored 224 runs in 205 balls where chachin scored 114 in 147 ball (see different) its virat’s effort that pulled that game in india’s favor and 329 is definitely bigger score than 289. U can’t deny sachin’s effort who decided to not prolong his inning and exit early so that other batsman get time to settle down and then attack. Salute Sachin…

Pakistan openers did not slow down because of any approaching milestone. And besides this is not the first time sachin has slowed down upon nearing his hundred. he has done it many times in the past. During most of those occasions other batsmen have cleaned up the mess he left and salvaged the situation. or the bowlers would have also helped. against bangladesh, sachin let us down and so did the bowlers. so if you feel sachin had no role to play in the defeat against bangladesh, i believe you are in a different world.

of course not. i did not watch the match live, but if as you say there was a slow down, fine. i accept it. slow downs are acceptable in cricket due to good bowling or incompetent batting. but not due to selfishness.

and i dont think by any stretch of imagination that the bangla bowling the other day was remotely close to being good. raina was smashing it at the other end. and it was the power play.

venkatkalam if u noticed Sri lanka only scored 232 and pakistan in 2 attempts scored only 236 and 262 against Bangladesh but their bowlers defended it both times.....on other hand India score d 289 still our bowlers could not defend it so no matter what u argue it was 100% bowlers fault that India lost that match.Even 340 was not enough for our bowlers.

I think Dhoni has already said that he will retire by 2013 unlike some player who thinks he is contributing to team (sic).

Well i was right you do not know how to read. Let me guess who wrote "Unlimited control to Dhoni".

i wonder if arjun will get a chance to play in (case all other players places are sure in the team)...
i doubt whether sachin will retire to make way for his son...
