tendulkar shuld retire. The batting quality in no more of a legend of cricketr. One should retire when ppl will ask why. And not when ppl will say why not.

Milind is showing why you are called "kekdas". One kekda doesn't allow another to get out of the basket and pulls it down.

Quality missing???? Revisit his six against Pak over the wicket keeper's head and the punch boundary in the midwicket region and then talk about quality shots!!

Dear Rising,

The problem with every sachin basher is they do not look beyond sachin. And they are blaming sachin patrons as we are not looking beyond sachin. I fully admit sachin played slowly but still the match is lost because of the bowlers who can easily defend 290. Against srilanka india managed to win with 50 runs margin defending 304. Going by that india should have definitely won if not comfortably against bangla which we did not because of poor bowling. But all of you sachin bashers will know only to blame sahcin since you do not like him. What about our bowlers why are not blaming them? Come on... if they are not going to defend 290 against bangla how much they need against sa and aus. 400? is it possible to score that much.

No use reasoning with them. Their role models are Ashok Dinda and Irfan Pathan, waste of oxygen, but such is the intelligence level of our "youngsters" these days. It is like giving a keyboard to a bunch of monkeys. They will type any garbage and feel "intelligent".

Indian Batsman = filling a bucket with water, more they score, more water there is.
Indian Bowlers = holes in the bucket.
so, you keep pouring but where is the water!

Sorry!!! this message is for Mohd Khan... If you want sachin retire, then you too should think of retiring from your job. Its is his profession, if he is fit and as long as he is doing his job, he has every right to continue... if he is not fit, he will go.. no need for advices from losers... we are no where to what he has achieved... many started out well in cricket, but he remained there because of his consistency....

Yes, he will, when he sees a,
Suresh Raina hooking or just controlling the bouncers;
Rohit Sharma not throwing his wicket away;
Sehwag tries to stay in the wicket for a bit longer;
and so on...

I thank all tendulkar haters. Because of their criticism and lack luster comments, the fire kept burning in tendulkar and his fans. More they bark poisonous things, more tendulkar wants to prove them. Without these people he would have retired by now. Now he becomes greatest player to play the game with 100 centuries.

Statement from a choker
by sarkar on Mar 21, 2012 07:13 PM  | Hide replies

Totally unnecessary statement. In a cricket crazy nation like India, pressure will always be there on the promising cricketers like Kohli, especially during important matches.
Rather than asking not to put pressure, one has to adapt to it and make it a strength. There are numerous cricketers and other sportsperson who are well known to perform well in pressure situations. On the contrary, there are players who though talented, mostly fail in tight situations and are called chokers, like Sachin.

2-3 yrs of bad performance by SRT???? lolz!!! get your facts right!! SRT was the highest aggregate scorer from India just a year back. His century against South Africa in the test series in South Africa against Dale Steyn in prime form was recently hailed as the best test innings of the last year.

No doubt sachin is a great player in terms of capability but get real guys this is a sport where fitness counts. Sachin is tiring mentally. If he still has his genious left why he didnt score 100 against Aus or SL in recently concluded series. He has become more of a burden than an asset and he is a choker of sorts which has been proved many times before. He only had good temperament few year back (still remember he was lone warrior in Sharjah cup in 90s) and off late I think he is the biggest choker in cricket. India's competitiveness is seriously hampered due to sachin's inability to fire in crunch situations. If you fans want to keep relieving sachin's past glory by having him in the team and enjoy it at the cost of India's victory.

he has had just one bad year...and u r already talking abt past glory..that way Rohit Sharma and Suresh Raina havnt done anything at all..Rohit is nearing 100 ODIs if I m not wrong and Tiwary with a century is sitting on the sidelines..DHoni hasnt been himself with the bat and his keeping has been pretty bad of late..and Raina has been a Lame Duck outside the subcontinent...sachin is fitter than Yusuf pathan Zaheer..sehwag..Praveen Kumar,etc...why no one is talking abt their fielding..Stop being one-eyed critics

Dear All sachin bashers,

We know why you people are always throwing mud against sachin.It is a psychological factor that some people cannot digest somebody's continuos success and the adulation they get for their success.

For another set of people it is like being on the opposite side of the crowd to get noticed. So, by every mean you people would not change your attitude and it is simply waste of time to try and educate you rather clarifying you with stats and all.
