Mr. Lalit Modi seems as an politically victim personality and behind this IPL scams the main Heroes are Mr. Sharad Pawar & Mr. Praful Patel . But they are smiling and denied all the charges levelled against them. In the support of these tainted politicians Mr. Manmohan Singh openly came out and given them clean chit.

IPL is funded by politicians and ministers and this fund has came from swiss bank.
As in most cases, first they let the guy enjoy,swindle,cheat and lead a super life, and then declare him bankrupt, wonder why the law never catches up in time..
Main culprit of IPL scams is Mr. Praful Patel & his daughter Ms. Purnima Patel who earned money by this scams. Can any political party has take up this issue in the parliament.
