EMERGING STAR-KOHALI

VIRAT HAS BEEN VERY BRILLIANT, SHOWN THE POTENTIAL. LET US KEEP HIM AWAY FROM CAPTION'S TALKS. THIS WIL ALLOW HIM TO FOCUS ON THE GAME. WE ARE UN-NECESSARLY FORCING HIM FOR BURDON.

Is this the highest score by a batsman chasing in any ODI. Can't remember anyone getting a bigger one

why?
by Truth on Mar 19, 2012 07:53 PM  | Hide replies

Why master plaster is always lagging in certain kind of record ? his record is only proportionate to his no. test, one day, Inning, delivery, ground, venue, opponent he played, means if u give same no of opportunity to virat, rohit, raina kind of player (from age of 16 to 38) their tally will be more than this fake goad

Thats the whole point buddy - being consistent for so long (16 to 38)is a testimony to greatness none has acheived. Most started as well or better but faded away in much shorter time. So the comparison is between those who could not maintain it and the one who did. Opportunity - he just got one and continued performing so never needed another - rest have got a few and will need few more. Hope you get it. If not, keep doing what you are doing and all the best.

Was this list compiled prior to Asia Cup match against Pakistan or whether the Cricbuzz consider the Kohli's 183 was scored "not under pressure".

He along with Sachin & Rohit did good job to overhaul pak total. It is however a different matter that these tracks in B'desh are tailor made for big scores & can be described as coffins of bowlers. What is the fun in watching such non contest between bat & bowl? Where was all this swagger spirit on a bit more bowler friendly wickets? The team fell like nine pins & shame inflicted on nation by these paper tigers should not be forgotten by one of performances.
