Sachin might have been the best but right now He is a burden for the Team India. And the people at fault are selectors and Sachin's fanatic fan following.

SRT-Higher Secondary Fail
by Cricket Fanatic on Mar 17, 2012 06:06 PM  | Hide replies

SRT is undoubtedly the greatest cricketer of his generation. However, he never passed the Higher secondary exam inspite of several attempt. So it's expected that he will make such silly comments

Retire ???
by pallu banjo on Mar 17, 2012 06:05 PM  | Hide replies

I too was of the opinion for SRT to retire. But now with this childlike enthusiasm and freedom of the burden to score any milestone , let him be. He may now be free to play his natural game which we know of. This takes us back 22 years. I would be happy to be proved wrong. Go for massacre of Oz and English players

He is still faster than the likes of 'youngsters' like Rohit Sharma and Munaf Patel. You earn a place in the team.

Rohit and Munaf have been substandard players, but belong to West Zone.

keep waiting
by sexgod on Mar 17, 2012 05:58 PM

sachin has waited for years and ininings for his 100th century . He is no doubt one of the best cricketers the world has ever known but he shd see the writing in the wall - his age is catching up, he has become slow, health problems - he shd gracefuly give away for juniors. Anyway the selctors are afraid of dropping him. India is loosing bcos the seniors and are repetedly failing.

Sticking like a pig in the team
by samudra blr on Mar 17, 2012 05:58 PM

We have seen his performance in England and Australia. Now he scores a slow century against Bangladesh, due to which India lost the match and this person considers himself a hero. aaas holeee should be dropped from the team.

is this a message to dravid?
by mahesh mahesh on Mar 17, 2012 05:58 PM

is this a indirect way of taking a dig at Dravid who retired though he was the best in the world in 2011 in order to give way for youngesters??
