Starting from the top, it is about time that the management changes are made. Dhoni and the Indian think tank once again failed to impress the fans and the process cannot be changed unless Dhoni goes.
I don't think Dhoni can actually reverse the fortunes of this team, his natural instincts are too defensive in nature and that just what he is going to bet on going into the future.
The investments on PK and Jadeja both averaging above 35 cannot be considered international class. Munaf is now playing in the domestics as well as Nehra, who could have rallied with the new comers to provide a solid bowling attack since Zaheer had issues with his injuries.
First, Srikkanth has to submit his resignation, and an ideal successor to Dhoni has to be Gambhir. A new era in Indian cricket needs to be ushered.
In the Test arena, VVSL and Sachin have to be replaced, even though Sachin wants to continue it will not help the Team's cause. Rohit and Kohli have shown the maturity to take over. Plus we have Pujara, Tiwari and Rahane waiting in the wings.
In the Test bowling arena, Dhoni faultered again with Varun and Yadav not getting groomed in the last WI and England tours. For the ODIs the bowling attack also has looked listless thanks to Dhoni's selection blunders.
For Test the attack needs to be rejuvenated with Varun and Yadav at the helm. For ODIs a recall of Munaf and Nehra. Can Dhoni accommadate this? No?
India lost to Bangladesh due to poor Bowling, not because of Sachin ton. Score of 289 is not less to defend against Bangladesh. As far as records are concerned in 34 ODI matches out of 49, India has won in which Sachin has scored century. In 13 matches India lost with sachin's century. So, statistically in 68% cases India has won mathes when sachin has scored century.

Mr. Tendulkar seems to be seriously believing that the whole of world cricket revolves around him and his personal achievements and the cricket-followers bother more about his records than anything else in the game. And he is not entirely wrong. It's the Indian cricket followers, the news channels and the cricket analysts, who are to be blamed for all these things.

Indian Cricket has become a joke !! And the great Indian cricket followers are a part of this joke !! No one is even discussing the result of yesterday's match. Hardly anybody feeling humiliated about losing to weak team like BanglaDesh. No one is criticizing the man for scoring slowly (114 runs in 147 balls) and being one of the causes of the loss, if not the sole cause. Indian cricket deserves to be where they are right now !!

Mind your language friend. I am neither an agent nor a westerner. I am not comparing the man with Bradman either. I have commented about the hypocrisy and the sycophancy that is destroying Indian Cricket. Indian Cricket has become something similar to the Indian National Congress of these days - a system made up of sycophants and hypocrites !! They have been crushed in the last overseas series and now they are beaten by Bangladesh. And still everyone is celebrating a hundred against Bangladesh !!!
