But why did ICC shift its HQ from England to Dubai? That country doesn't play cricket even. It is a country where cricket matches are organized to facilitate betting.Alternately ICC HQ can be shifted to India which generates max cricketing revenue.

Why do think Sharad Pawar a 3rd Grade politician joined BCCI and then ICC ... for the Match Fixing money..and since he went there both fixing and money games went high..he used Lalit Modi as for his interest ..Good he got slapped
