Australia is a strong team - whether India or Srilanka it does not matter for them. Still comparing to India they prefer Srilanka (India team is unpredictable). In the finals just watch how strongly they will thrash Lanka. It is not Srilanka did not play well, but it is mainly because Australia is too strong.

Time & again the Indian crickters proved that they only play for their personnel records & never for the country.

Really? Who played for their records in Australia? Kohli was the only guy who played well (apart from Gambhir, who did well 2-3 times). I think their scores added to India's total, dont u?

Hahahaha, for some reason our cricketers failed. That doesnt make them morons. Remember that they are highly talented, but are humans and bound to fail sometimes.

Crooked Aussies coz they lost to Lanka? Then by same logic crooked Indians lost to Aussies. Eh?
In a way I glad india didnt qualify. SriLanka were the more deserving team. They beat aus 3 out of 4 times. The 1st game loss to aus was also a very close one. They never recieved a thrashing like India did except for that one game where India played like they have nothing to lose. Sri Lanka were very competetive throughout the tourament unlik India. 4-0 thrashing shud not be swept under the carpet. Had India won the CB sries people are too quick to forget 4-0 thrashing twice. The 4-0 test loss is a very serious issue that too twice now. The manner of defeats was more concerning with all test matches eding under 4 days. The other plus factor out of this is India gets more time to defend their asia cup title which begins in a week's time. Attrociious schedule really.

It was irritating to see Dhoni mention in the press conference that "we are going shopping as we have done our job and we are waiting for Aus" If Dhoni had done his job we would ahve been first into the final.Time and again India has always depended on other teams for miracles to qualify for a spot in the finals.Lanka did us a favourby booting us out.Now Dhoni can keep shopping

That shows how seriously we take our cricket, right? India should do some self reflection on why they lost so tamely against Australia giving them bonus points on 3 occassions. They never showed the fighting qualities of SL at any point of time in this series except in the matches (1 each) against Australia and Srilanka. Like the Australian press mentioned, the cricket team not only played their game in a disrepectful manner for most part of their tour but also behaved off field in a non professional manner. They deserve to make the quick exit from this tournament.

Come on Buddy, Give credit to SL for the way they played defending a modest total of 238 and that too with David Hussey going great guns. They beat AUS 3 out of 4 and in the 4th also, lost it by a small margin of 6 runs. Whereas India was losing, whenever they lost, very badly conceding bonus points as well. SL not only deserved to be in the final, they in my opinion are peaking to even lift the title. Every team is entitled to an off day in the field, so you shouldn't take away too much credit from SL for losing to India in the last match. SL is better equipped and committed than India to take on Australia in the finals. Let us admit it
