Good that Srilanka has won. India doesn't deserve to be in the finals. But what can one expect from a team which is busy throwing mud at each other than on playing as a unit. The performance of the team started going down hill after Ghambir's remark on Dhoni and the captain blaming openly the top 3 players being slow on the field and Sehwag's retaliation. We lost 3 matches straight away after that and then praying for luck to reach the finals. Unless some drastic measures are taken both in the team selection and in the matter of discipline the performance of the team will become bad from worse.

completely agreed with u.. perticularly remarks from dhoni are absolutly weird.. does he think running is the only criteria for cricket..it adds max.10% for winning.. he shud be removed as captain..and somebody who knows cricket shud be a captainf for india
India never deserved to reach Finals. Srilanka have played really well in this tri-series and really deserved to win this series.
Passionate Indian fans had high hopes from this pathetic Indian team after Hobart game. That victory was achieved more from wayward bowling from Srilankan bowlers (particularly Malinga) father than heroics of Virat Kohli. Had India reached the final & won this series, everyone would have forgotten 4-0 whitewash in Test series.
MS Dhoni is the worst Test Captain India has ever seen with two 4-0 test series whitewashes under his belt. He always gave opportunities to his bootlickers like Rohit Sharma, Kohli, Raina, Jadeja and completely ignored talented Ajinkya Rahane & Manoj Tiwary. India should get drubbing in Asia Cup too from Pakistan & Srilanka. No hopes for Indian cricket team until this mediocre politics from Dhoni, Srikkanth & Srinivasan stops.
IT IS WE THE PUBLIC WHO ARE MADE FOOLS BY THESE 15/16 PLAYERS WHO HAVE NO REMORSE OF LOOSING MATCHES AND GO TO PARTIES/PUBS/SHOPPING.WE FEEL SO MUCH ON EVERY INDIA'S LOSS BUT WE CAN SEE ON TVS THESE REPRESENTATIVES OF INDIA ARE SO CASUAL AND ARE ONLY WORRIED ABOUT THEIR SELECTION FOR THE NEXT MATCH/OR ENDORSEMENTS OF PRODUCTS TO EARN MILLIONS. MEDIA(PRINT & VISUAL) IS ALSO BESOTTED BY CRICKET/ CRICKETERS THAT THEY WILL GO TO ANY LENGTH TO REPORT ANYTHING/EVERYTHING ABOUT THESE PAMPERED PLAYERS
Here is a cricketer who claims and entire nation hails him as great!! is not able to score 100th 100 in last 8 tests( more that 8 innings) and almost same number of ODI's innings.still he gets selected just on the basis of past performance.Now is he really great!!!?

What once upon a time? He was the highest run getter for India in the last WC in 2011, which India won and this was the first series for him after that!

If he has to score each time, why the other 10 are there, or at least the other 6 batsmen are there? What was the contribution of other players like the most expensive cricketer Jadeja?

I think once the Indian team returns, they should play a series against bangladesh, zimbabwe, or canada, or even japan, china, indonesia so that HE gets to his 100th 100.

Ashwin Jadeja is an absolutely failure. Suresh Raina,Viru didnt impress much either. SRT did good in tests among Indian team..ODI series was not great for him..But yeah he is Still GREAT...The only man on planet who hit 99 international tons ought to be Great...If ppl like u dont get it, its understandable... My sympathy...
