Misleading headline
by Jai Neo on Jun 24, 2012 10:05 PM  | Hide replies

Dhoni is NOT the RICHER sportsman/athlete but somebody with HIGHER earnings for this current year or period.

Sachin or Nadal or Bolt or Tiger Woods or Messi or Ronaldo or David Becckham have a net worth or asset value larger than Dhoni!

By the way, this not to begrudge Dhoni his success or prosperity. He earns what he deserves for his fantastic game, leadership qualities, luck & attitude. Congrats

D h o n i ' s "achievement" is very impressive.

It is truly phenomenal that a tribal boy like D h o n i, who spent most of his early life running around in loin covers made from wild foliage, made it to a internationally renowned publication's coveted list.

Way to go Jungle boy. You have made your part of the tribal area and your country proud.

Dhoni is NOT a tribal or adivasi boy from Jharkhand's jungles but a Rajput from Himachal! That is where his roots lie. This is not a casteist message but just to set the record straight.

It is a circus now.

cricket overrated in India, no medal in olympics
by Ram V on Jun 21, 2012 12:53 AM

Cricket is overrated in India, it is unfortunate they dont dont spend money on any other sport no good stadium or encouragement to any other sport, thanks to corrupt BCCI, MPs and ministers they keep paying to same players, sponsors, selectors and make them richer, no wonder it makes India 0 in other sport like they lot 0-4 to aussies and 0-4 to England
