this is all non sense... Instead of filing such cases for publicity you should better concentrate on your practice my lawyer. U will get nothing out this non sense complaint. The mere fact that you havied this case after such a delay shows that it is backed by ploitical motive and nothing else.

Mumbai Police / Mr Bhatia does not need publicity. Shahrukh himself admitted his guilt.
It is sad and disgusting to see the manner in which law and lawyer are using this holy profession. The manner in which the case is cooked is jsut to get publicity and to extract soem money if possible. It has become vey common for the lawyers to take up law in their hands to show that they only case and they are the protectors. Rediff should also avoid promoting such things becasue it will make other to so, for free publicity. Mr.Bhatai should understand that common men are not fools and neither they can be fooled with such stunts and manupulation.
