deepak, he will surely be selected for as long as he makes himself available as no selector has the guts to drop him

Did Vishwanathan Anand ever give a statement like this? Sachin has to reiterate this again and again so that he keeps playing for India and rakes in the much needed moolah. Added to this he has been nominated for Rajya Sabha. The Government should have nominated Anna Hazare to hear him first hand and rebut if government does not buy his reasoning. Instead government nominates Rekha and Sachin for what purpose they themselves do not know. Probably he is close to very big business house who are close to the powers that be in the corridors of Delhi????
