even a 3 year old child knows all these..by the way look who is talkin as if this guy achieved something great..it was a fluke for india to play against kenya in the 2003 WC Semi-Final with this small achievement he thinks he is great..he was thrown out of the team ...shameless creature

If u win one match its a fluke. Not a full WC. Other than Australia india beat all the good teams they played against. One foolish decision (not blaming only him but the think-tank) of opting to bowl first spoilt everything!

You are talking about a Captain who has achieved many times of what you have.... You certainly are not qualified to judge him or what he does or how he does it

Sharad Pawar. If the tournament was not held on dead pitches of India and also if it was not fixed by Sharad Pawar, Dhoni and his men would have come out of WC early.

Welcome back Mahesh "Fix" V. Seems like you will sleep well for the first time after IPL, since you got a chance to spew out your fixing theories now.

Dhoni is the most intelligent and man with commonsense of all cricketeres who have played for India since 1936.How many will differ with this view depends on their commonsense

Dhoni has 0 success in the soil of SA, England, Australia. Kapil won world cup in 1983 at LORDS against top class West Indies Team. Dhoni won in Mumbai against weak SriLanka Team. Sourav lost final in 2003 at SA against top class Australia Team. Sourav is the architect of rising talents like Sehwag, Yubraj, Dhoni, Harbhajan, Zaheer, Irfan, Laxman, Prthiv, Kaif and so many who are now in peak form to support captin Dhoni to lead a strong team.

dey under dhoni we won cb series in aus when they were no. 1 with a team of new generation players. similarly the T20 world cup was won in SA again with no seniors but only new generation players.

as for your saying that sehwag, yuv, bhajji etc. played well under ganguly is true...but same can be said about kohli, praveen kumar raina ojha mishra etc. under dhoni...and if you want to discredit dhoni by saying many played under ganguly previously same can be said about ganguly also. that it was our successful catain azhar's team consisting of sahcin, dravid, laxman, bhajji, kumble, ganguly himself etc. that ganguly got and reaped its benefits..

DEAD PTICHES GREAT BATAMEN
by madanmohan siddhanthi on Jul 21, 2012 06:52 PM

in countries like Australia , England and South Africa - players often fail to put bat on the ball. Here I see a ball from off to the middle or even leg stump driven by players on back foot add one handed shots and so called helicopter shot - what non sense is this ! I would suggest India play base ball more.
