Good India start the season with a win even if not very convincing win. Batting clicked alright even if it is with help of lady luck but bowling,‘work in progress’. Given the form of SL batsman especially of Sangha , India must brace itself for a tough battle ahead. India started off shakily with Sehwag looking rusty but were lucky to get away with dropped catches and shoddy fielding by the SLans coupled with some umpiring decisions that went India way. To the credit of Sehwag however he pulled himself out from the early jitters to play a responsible innings along with the new Sachin Tendulkar in the team, Virat Kohli to lay the foundation for the win. Sehwag’s innings will help him gain further confidence thereby helping India decisively for the series win. To the delight of all the Indian fans, “Virat’ juggernaut of course is slowly but surely rolling on merrily. In the end came the usual finishing cameos of Dhoni-Raina duo yet again to take the total past 300 ensuring the win with SL coming so close. Rohit Sharma of course remains the eternal enigma. He should get into the ‘sharp’ reflexes of Virat Kohli as possibly his ‘laid back’ attitude is proving to be his undoing. He just can’t continue like this with many deserving warming the benches. Dont worry .. Demon is obsesed with tendu stats... So the fans will def be more obsessed..no other player was and will b one man army like sachin... Dhoni and current ipl players was not meant fir 90s era... Flat pitch ki jai ho

Rahane comes in place of Rohit and Gambhir drops back to 3., No more Vinay in this series., Need to look at Rahul Sharma's mental strength after the drug report. If he is still mentally strong, can get game.. Ojha removal after one game also will sound unfortunate for him.

You say its a flat pitch but still blame bowlers.. Didn't they do the job.. If not for last over 17 runs, it would ve been a lot better..
make sachin as president of india.....he would still say poltics a second importance to cricket....he would still play cricket whether he is president or not....no retirement from cricket....

Well very much of boring cricket where one team is scoring 300 plus and other team is trying to chase and just got short and now its the time to make too many centuries and records on flat wickets. Meaning less cricket altogether.
