They are not mentioning which narcotic drug he took.He has been a paralysis victim and such drugs are given for paralysis victims as a cure /reduce pains.Seems like you don't know much about drugs him.
Even if he had taken drugs, why is it being treated like he has murdered someone ? Of course, its not good for health but same is smoking, drinking etc but at the end of the day, it is his health and he is an adult who can decide for himself. Its only very bad if it becomes an addiction but he is at a party at a young age, one can be influenced to try new experiences. He should be let go as its only a minor offence in my opinion.

Wow...what a logic...so we should scrap all the rules & regulations...we should worry about only murders as if murders r the only problem we r facing.

who r u? its not about drugs dear. moreso person like u will love a liberal nation like US...and u know what its illegal even there...oh yeah u didnt know that? these drugs are not sold in wholesale markets. who are the peoople behind this? where was it smuggled from? it affects economy as well if u think its just about consumption by an adult
Wow...So many tested positive! Seems like a Second Hand smoke incident. The Oakwood Premier Hotel club in Juhu does not to have any windows, so the smoke cannot escape. So if a few people are smoking pot, others near them will also get a buzz. Second-hand marijuana smoke can leave traces of the chemical tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in your urine for a day or so after breathing the smoke. Wayne Parnell and Rahul Sharma were tested after a couple of hours. So they will have THC in their blood. Most drug tests in the west have intentionally high standards to avoid false positive results due to incidental ingestion of second-hand smoke. Guess that is not so in India. Very unfortunate for Wayne Parnell and Rahul Sharma.

And what is your problem? That does explain why 35 of the 86 that did test positive had only cannabis in their system. People can do what they want - period. They will deal with the consequences and shouldn't be subject to any moral judgements by people like you in this fora.
