Why strange? BCCI calls stronger teams to tour India so that more people come to matches. Bangladeshis are poorer and may not come in large numbers like nationals of other countries.

agreed but for T-20 world cup we need both yuvraj and harbhajan. Asshwin has failed miserably ag. top teams, he is only good on turners and has 1 yr experience we shd take oja, bhajji and aswin all 3 spinners to T-20

You are right, we didn't think of T20 without Yuvi, but I am not sure about Bhajji.. I think Bhajji is finished now

Yuvi is no. 1 player in T20 and ODIs for India. As he is the best striker, best fielder (alongwith Raina) and more than useful bowler.

Dear Sunil ji, we were no. 1 for 1 day, but it was not considered in the record book.. As we lost the spot in the very next ODI and as per rule the rank is decided after the completion of the ongoing series.

Cant measure..
by komala prasad on Jul 19, 2012 02:23 PM

as dhoni mentioned, you cannot measure the ability of team and its improvement at sub continents. The clear and visible challenge is to prove overseas like southafrica australia and England. That is a real litmus test.. not cetainly this SL series....
