Absolutely No. Paki was kept away because of the Mumbai attack and the Mumbai attackers are yet to brought to justice. And the main culprit Paki is being completely uncoperative, and even planning more strikes in India.

Come on everyone! If you think that India should not host cricketing ties, without Pak acting on mumbai attack backer organizations, you should make it clear by keeping the stadiums empty and turning your TVs off. Stop blaming leaders, if we can do this, that will be a clear lesson for BCCI and Ministers that agreed to this. Make sure that you boycott every sponsor's products, if they sponsor this event.
If these attacks are done on US, they would have first attacked the source, and place enough sanctions on them to ensure that their actions have repurcussions. It is not about vengence, just making it clear that bad behavior costs them.
Even if Mahatma Gandhi is ruling India now, he would have gone for non-cooperation (read: sanctions)
Pakistan needs trade flow to improve the lives of their citizens and better relationships with India. If you want them to stop promoting violence, give them some incentive to do so. Stop cricket, place and enforce some trade sanctions, atleast something like this, if India can't directly attack the terror bases in Pak.
This is not peace, this is a total lack of backbone.
