And to Sachin, u should play in test as we believe and result says show that u are still highest run scorer in test no matter how many comes and goes. But in ODIs, u should leave to youngsters let them develop themselves by playing international matches so that we will ve a good team for 2015

Tendulkar Uncle will be playing 2051 World Cup with Jr.Dravid and Arjun Tendulkar. Reliance also contracted with Tendulkar Uncle to play 2063 IPL where special stretcher facilities will be provided by Reliance Group to transport 80year old Tendulkar Uncle to and fro from dugout to the pitch. Dhoni is captain of Winning Team India in - ODI World Cup, T20 world cup, Champions League, IPL Champions and 1st in World Test Cricket. What Sachin got is 100th 100 to get disqualified in Asia Cup. Hmm !!! Equations are not balancing.

captain is just a position..and please remove ipl, champions league from his resume..india became no1 in tests due to hard work of kumble...india was on way up...then under dhoni reached no 1 and then went to become no 5

winning captain can stay with low scores and now Dhoni is a loser - he lost pathetically the Aussie series and in England - so should he not quit Test captaincy? Why is hanging there? He already has enough money for his next 5-10 generations. What nonsense. That way I can also say that Dhoni, Kohli, Raina are all playing for advertisement contract money and hence not retiring. Even they won't get any money if they retire from cricket.

Since cricket is neither cinema or politics, Sachin should retire from ODIs. He cannot pick and choose what matches he wants to play. This upsets the balance of the Indian team. If it were an individual sport like tennis or chess, one can play as long as they want. In a team game, one must not feel entitled to play forever! Of course, it is not for you or me to debate about his retirement from ODIs. It is sad that the selectors (like Srikkanth) are acting as his crony. Now that he is an MP, it makes it all the more difficult for the selectors to remove him from ODIs in the near future! 'Satyamevajayate'

I thought that this is a forum where one can express one's opinion. I never said that I am a decision maker in cricket. Nor did I show disrespect to my favorite freedom fighter Bose. I just said that Tendulkar should retire in ODIs (not Test Cricket) as there are quite a few youngsters who are hungry and talented. NO ONE can ever 'replace' Tendulkar and I don't dispute that. But it is unwise to argue that Sachin will play in ODI World Cup 2015! I am not here to convince anyone. I am just expressing my opinion. You will realize that many Indians are currently feeling that way about Sachin Tendulkar. P.S. Please don't call yourself 'Indian' or "Bharatiyan' if you cannot be respectful to your countrymen. We can agree to disagree and still be friends, I believe.
