When anyone famous gets a cancer, irrespective of whether he is a darupiyakkad or tea totaller he will be advertising about cancer awareness.
Srikant appeared in the ad of some eye lens company and Wasim Akram for some diabetics related testing equipment. No need to make a big issue of daru, it is the disease which is a bigger problem than daru.

If daru was the reason of cancer, there wouldnt be so many teatotallers suffering from cancer. Hypocracy is taunting the diseased man instead of sympathizing with his problem.
